MISC. CHARGES TECHNICIAN HOURS (A HAC technician - 4 hour minimum- is required for all performances and rehearsals that require sound/lighting, etc. There is a minimum of 1 technician required, but more may be needed and would be decided at the discretion of the HAC/CAC board members) $25 per hour (overtime $38 per hour)
HOUSE MANAGER (A HAC house manager is required for all performances - 4 hour minimum) $12 per hour BOX OFFICE STAFF (A HAC box office attendant is required for all performances - 2 hour minimum) $15 per hour BUILDING ATTENDANT (A HAC building attendant is required for all rentals where a house manager is not present -parties, rehearsals, etc. An attendant is required for all non-performances in which a technician is required and a house manager or box office staff is not required) $10 per hour JANITORIAL $25 per day minimum - additional assessment made based off of event (events with food and/or renting multiple rooms will have a higher janitorial fee. There is a $100 cleaning deposit. EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE FEE $50 per event (required when technician is necessary)
EVENT/TICKETING FEES A refundable deposit is required for non-ticketed shows. A 2.5% rental city fee is added to non-ticketed shows. For ticketed events: A $2 city facility fee and a $1 Vendini ticketing fee is required for each ticket sold ALL TICKETS MUST BE SOLD THROUGH THE THEATRE'S VENDINI SERVICE!
Event insurance is required!
